Very friendly and understanding! John from Union Locksmith Store waited for nearly twenty minutes outside my door when I couldn’t keep up my appointment. I apologized profusely but he merely smiled it off and got down to work. He was done within ten minutes. One of the biggest drawbacks of hiring locksmiths is the never-ending wait time – and I hated it. I look up online tutorials to fix or install locks and avoid hiring them altogether.
