Universal Locksmith Store is just AMAZING! I can’t thank these guys enough. Someone stole my home keys and that got me really upset. The worst part was not receiving any support from the locksmiths in Jacksonville. However, Gary from Universal Locksmith Store was so understanding! Not only did he arrive at my place quickly but he also listened intently to me rambling on and on about how the keys had been stolen. He cheered me up, reassured me that no one was going to misuse those keys and rekeyed the locks. Worth more than FIVE stars.. I highly recommend!

It wasn’t an emergency so I asked them to take their own time and send a technician to my place before evening. Ed texted 30 minutes before arriving on location to inform me that he was on his way. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Edward was excellent! I was locked out of my home and called up Universal Locksmith Store after finding their number on http://www.Jacksonville.Universal-Locksmith-Store.com. The dispatcher promised me that help would be there within 15 minutes. I got a call in the next ten minutes from the dispatcher who apologized and stated that the technician would be five minutes late. Five minutes?! Wow! I’ve waited hours at a stretch in a similar situation in the past, and I never received an apology from the company I’d hired then! The technician got there in the next ten minutes, examined the lock and quoted the price. It was only gonna cost me 50 bucks.. I couldn’t believe it! After I’d given him the go, I was back inside within minutes. The best part – my lock was intact and there was no damage on the door. Thank you Universal Locksmith Store! You’re amazing Edward! CAN IT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS? I don’t think so! James from Universal Locksmith Store was right on schedule, in fact, he was five minutes early. And the whole thing took him less than an hour to finish up. This included repairing an old lock, installing a new lock on my screen door AND installing a security chain on my front door. Very professional and quick! I had set aside a couple hundred bucks to hand it out to James, but turns out, I didn’t need as much. Their rates are nearly half of what other locksmith companies in Jacksonville charge. That’s just given me another reason to make Universal Locksmith Store my go-to locksmith! 10/10

I lost my transponder keys – AGAIN! The last time the dealer charged me around $400 for one key and I was quickly on the edge of panic. I decided to explore other options and found Universal Locksmith Store. Eddie promised me a new key in less than $120. Apparently, my car needed some updated software to program the key but Eddie assured me I didn’t have to pay for it and charged me what he quoted over the phone. A man of his word! I would highly recommend them to all in Jacksonville, AR. Cheap, honest and quality work! FIVE STARS!!

Incredible work!!! If you need a locksmith in Jacksonville, trust me, Universal Locksmith Store is your best bet. I had a tricky rekeying job on a high security lock and it was the only locksmith firm in the entire region that said the job could be done. They sent Eric, a friendly and extremely talented technician who rekeyed the Schlage lockset in less than 10 minutes. If he can do this, he can do just about anything. Excellent service! Gave Universal Locksmith Store a call because I had a cranky ignition switch in my Prius. The dispatcher had a few questions about the car after which he sent a technician to my place within twenty minutes.
