Couldn’t be happier! John was a total pro! The guy from the local locksmith shop told me that my locks were completely hopeless and must be replaced. Just to be doubly sure, I called up John from Metro Master Locksmith. He took one look at my locks, told me he could fix it, gave me a price, and started working. Within ten minutes he was done! The locks which I was most likely to have thrown away were now working in perfect order. And it’s all thanks to John who worked pure magic on them and saved me from spending on replacements. Being absolutely clueless about how this stuff works, John could have easily convinced me into buying a new lock and make some cash out of it. But he didn’t! Ok, here’s what I think of Metro Master Locksmith: Service: 10/10 Pricing: 10/10 Response time: 10/10 To be honest, these guys are just flawless! I’ve availed their services around five times and they’ve never once failed to show up on time or charged me anything extra. The greatest thing about them is that they’ve got flat rates, which means they charge you the same fee, irrespective of the time you call them up. No matter what lock & key issue you have or emergency assistance you might need, I don’t think there could be anyone better than Metro Master Locksmith!!!

I wasn’t too keen on it, but yes, after my brother insisted, I decided to go ahead and call a locksmith. The lock on my front door looked old and rusted! And although it seemed sturdy, my brother thought that it gives off an aura of being an easy target to intruders. He did have a point! So, I called Metro Master Locksmith as he suggested and Jones came in immediately to take a look at the lock. I asked him to give me a price right then. I was a little low on cash and didn’t wanna end up paying up everything I had to these guys. Jones was quite understanding and gave me a flat rate, which was surprisingly low. 5 stars for sure! I wasn’t new to getting locked out of my home. The first time around, I’d been slapped with a huge bill by the locksmith I hired and I didn’t want the same thing to happen again. So, I called a couple of locksmiths for price quotes but they said things like, “Can’t tell the cost until we get there and take a look at the lock”, “Depends on the neighborhood you’re in”.
