A friend recommended Locksmith Master Shop to me and I must say, they’re awesome! Called them up to rekey three locks in the house. A technician arrived within 20 minutes, walked me through the complete process, and even offered insight on the other locks in the house. Got it done in an affordable price and was even promised a discount on upgrading the other locks in the property. Will definitely make use of that discount next month! I first called Locksmith Master Shop when I accidentally locked myself out of the apartment last weekend. The service was swift, and the prices affordable. The technician who arrived, Ed, made some suggestions on improving the home security for free and didn’t pressurize me to use his services again. Happy with their service, I called them up again on 515-441-7035 of my own accord for an upgrade. The technicians were patient with my incessant inquiries and thoroughly explained what lacked and what could be done to fix it. The reasonable prices were an added plus to the excellent service. You should definitely try them out. Easily the best in West Des Moines, IA!!

I left the keys in the bedroom and got locked out. Though it was a weekend, Locksmith Master Shop didn’t hesitate to provide assistance when I asked for it. Tony arrived on location within 15 minutes and helped me out. Great service! The on-call quote provided was also honored! Thanks guys! Will hire again for locksmith work in West Des Moines, IA..
