The guy running the show is a complete A** . I've been with Star for years and never had a problem, but this past year, NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. They don't pick up my household garbage, they open my garbage bags to see what's in them and leave them sit for MONTHS, I requested several times bulk removal which was never done, not to mention, their guys broke at least 6 of my cans in the past year! I have paid for services NOT RENDERED and will file a complaint and get my money back, as they haven't even showed up to fulfill the rest of my 3 months after I complained! They will not return a phone call or my emails. They took my money and didn't do their job that I paid them to do! Thieves!!!
