Marco Antonio Orellana takes money for a job and then doesn't complete it.
Much of the work he does is done wrong, and then needs to be corrected.
Specific examples include exterior work, painting (he flatly declined to do work he was paid for), and plumbing.
Do not recommend and do not prepay, like did.
He steals.
