NOOR is one of the most beautiful event venues I have ever seen. We held a graduation celebration there and everything was organized perfectly. The food was amazing and the staff treated everyone with care and professionalism.

We hosted a baby shower for my sister in law, and we were looking for something nice and elegant space. When I stumbled upon Noor, I said in my mind, this is the place we are looking for. It has a perfect combination of convenient location as well as the size of the event. Aside from that, the quality of accommodation given by the office upon inquiry and ocular visit was spot on. I have been working with numerous event venues and venue managers before, but this one is the best. My event manager not only met, but far exceeded my expectations. She was phenomenal and I couldn't imagine my wedding without her. She really brought the event to life with lighting and effects.
