Having lost the keys to my home, I was caught completely off-guard. The spare key was with my fiancé, who was out of town. Being quite clueless, I enquired around for suggestions. My neighbor asked me to call Villa Park IL Locksmith Store. Not only were they available, but they also sent help in ten minutes. Joseph was so understanding and managed to get a key made quickly. Saving their number 630-557-1640 for any such ‘accidents’ in the future! Highly-recommend!

I moved into a new place and the first thing I wanted to do before moving the boxes in was – to change my locks. The property was around ten years old, and I didn’t want to risk my security just to save a few bucks. I was new to Villa Park, IL and resorted to asking my neighbor for suggestions on a good locksmith. I was put through to Villa Park IL Locksmith Store. Gary got there in ten minutes, and after a quick look at my locks, he said that the locks were fairly new, in good condition, and could be put to use for a few more years. He suggested that I rekey the locks instead. Well, he could have made quick money by changing the locks, but he didn’t. That’s a level of integrity I’ve never observed in any locksmith I’ve hired previously. I even redeemed a special discount coupon I found on their site https://www.VillaPark.IL-Locksmith-Store.com. Yes, on an already low bill, I got a further reduction. Could I ask for anything more? Highly recommend! FIVE STARS for extraordinary customer service!!!

There aren’t many locksmith firms that offer genuine service. All the locksmiths I’ve hired in the past have either offered me shoddy service or tried to rip me off. And to find a firm such as Villa Park IL Locksmith Store truly came as a surprise.
