The only thing worse than this terribly irresponsible company are its utterly ignorant and incompetent employees - Nicole Shoppach, Todd Hutchins, and Josh Tumble. We have had to suffer through more than a year of profiteering by this company within our community at Preakness Estates. From violating established residential construction hours to filling the streets with construction debris, there is nothing California Pools won't do to cut a corner just to save a nickel. After all of the pain and suffering we have endured through all of the pool builds, we are now left with severely stained concrete which negatively impacts the curb appeal of our home. Todd told me it wasn't their problem even though they caused the damage because we live on a public street, which doesn't happen to be the case - we live on a private street. Nonetheless, it takes an incredibly ignorant and arrogant individual to say something like that as if some pool company with a terrible reputation can do whatever they want, whenever they want without being held responsible or accountable when they harm third parties such as ourselves. Despite trying to work with its terrible employees to resolve our grievances, we are now forced to take legal action against them to have the concrete restored to the condition it was in before they came to our community for their big money grab. If you want to wait for ever for a project to be completed and even longer for the cleanup while alienating all of your neighbors, then this is the company for you.
