I actually attend ilkb west Chester Ohio but there was not a result for that on this site. Anyways, I absolutely LOVE attending class. I attend 3-4 times a week and actually enjoying going to work out! The instructors are great and it’s a great stress relief!

I have been coming to ILKB since June. I absolutely love it. The instructors are so supportive. If you don't like working out you will after working out here.

This is my 4th week and my results are amazing...i did miss a week but I'm down in inches everywhere. West chester is a great place to go. Great people amazing facility. Highly recommend for anyone young older big little.
