Good job guys! The lock looks as good as new and works seamlessly. Unlike a few other firms I’d made enquiries to, Prospect Heights IL Locksmith Store was the only firm that said they could fix the lock, instead of replacing it. Mind you, I saved a significant sum of money due to it. I highly recommend them to all in Prospect Heights, IL. These guys are up for any challenge you throw at them. FIVE STARS! Will definitely hire again!

I wasn’t sure how well they’d perform, since it was the first time I was hiring Prospect Heights IL Locksmith Store. I needed the locks rekeyed and the usual guy I hire was out of town. Let me put it this way: If I’d known about them earlier, I would have never considered hiring anyone else. Very professional, quick, friendly and affordable! From the manner in which they handled my call to the completion of the task, I could notice perfection in it all. Quality comes first, and I learnt this the hard way. The cheap key I got made from the hardware store broke off in the lock within a week. That’s when I hired Prospect Heights IL Locksmith Store. I’ve heard a lot about them. But did they live up to the hype? I must say, they definitely did! Gary managed to extract the broken pieces from the lock carefully to avoid causing any damage to it. He then made two new keys within 15 minutes. As I held the keys, I could make out the excellent workmanship on it, and could tell that the material used was of high quality. And the prices? Compared to other locksmiths and hardware stores in Prospect Heights, IL, the prices seem low! If you’re a stickler for quality, call them on 847-915-4352 - you won’t be disappointed!!!
