I am incredibly grateful and couldn’t be more pleased with the Outstanding service I received today. Rudy was Fantastic! He arrived super fast, gave us a more than reasonable rate and went so above and beyond for us! He arrived within 15 minutes after we made the call. Our kitten got locked inside our designated storage room (long story). The lock on the door was a super heavy duty smart lock and no key! Rudy tried 350 keys which normally provides a 98% chance of success. But apparently we got the heavy weight champion of locks. Rudy was so great though, he went out of his way to allow us time to decide if we should have him drill into the lock and then time for us to go purchase a new lock to put on afterwards after we made the decision & at no extra charge. He was empathetic to our predicament, worked through all the obstacles and gave us a more than fair and reasonable rate. I highly recommend this locksmith service!
