Jim got there in less than ten minutes, which was surprisingly fast, considering how all the locksmiths I’d hired previously had never got there in less than an hour. I wanted a new deadbolt installed and Jim had a whole collection of it in his van. After I made my pick, the installation barely took a few minutes. He even handed out extra keys as a complement.
