Ronald Washington quoted us a service charge of $125, then that amount would be taken off the total price. We paid a total of $400. He suggested installing an output where he'd knocked a hole in the sewer line and snaked out debris. He assured us he would return the following week to complete the job. He never called so my significant other contacted him when we didn't hear from him. He finally answered and stated that he would have someone come out. No one ever came. We called him and left several messages which he has ignored. I left my issues concerning his improper business practices on his Facebook business page and he replied there. He finally called us and we asked him about coming to an amicable compromise by refunding us the $200 since he didn't do the output installation. We even discussed the service fee of $125, as a compromise. He originally told us the service charge would come of the total price. He refused to do anything to rectify. We are left with unfinished work and property damage. Mr. Washington has a history of this type of behavior. He has several reviews on Google where others have complained about the same issues. He also has complaint on Better Business Bureaus website as well. He should not be allowed to legally conduct business.
