What a great company! Michael, the person I dealt with over the phone, is great to work with. I had a house guest coming in and felt like I wanted to leave an impression of the state of the apartment, and he was able to work pencil me in for the next day. His communication, responsiveness and customer service were impeccable! I had the pleasure of working with Candy, who was on time, incredibly pleasant and very thorough. Though I work from home and was at home during the cleaning, I would have felt perfectly comfortable having her there without me. She just had the trustworthy vibe about her. I admit that I neither me nor my family are the neatest or most organized set of people you can find. So cleaning isn’t always easy and therefore I went searching for cleaning services to help out from time to time. So I looked up Road Runner Cleaning Services that was recommended to me from a friend. I'm really glad, because they did an amazing job with mine! We've been using Road Runner for over a year now, ever since I used them after I used their moving services (Road Runner Moving and Storage). Lacey and her team are super responsive to email and are very professional. We have had Lacey as a cleaner for about a year now and she is great. She does a great job with our house, is super friendly, easy to contact if something changes and she leaves lots of nice little touches around the house. It seems like a luxury having them clean on a monthly basis.
