Unfortunately there is no ZERO STAR rating, because this is what they are worth. They promised so many in the beginning and deliver not even 10%. Worst, they do not even consider your thoughts and ideas of what your business mean to you, and just post whatever they want on your page. THAT IS ALL THEY DO: NOTHING MORE THAN JUST POSTING WHATEVER THEY WANT ON YOUR PAGE EVERY 2DAYS. They ask you to fill a questionnaire to create a custom plan, however i feel they have never even read the answers i provided in the questionnaire. Worst is to come when i decided to cancel after just 10days. They are totally unresponsive. I have sent several emails asking for an update on the cancellation process, and i do not have any answers to any of my concerns up to now, 3-4 weeks on. I get the feeling they do not even bother about you once they get your money!!! Worst company i have ever dealt with!
