Coppis Organic Restaurant Since 1993, Coppi’s has brought the freshest food inspired by the Ligurian Riviera in Northern Italy to Washington, DC. Family owned and operated, we have developed relationships with organic farmers and food cooperatives throughout the region to bring fresh, seasonal ingredients to your table. Brought directly from organic farmers and purveyors who specialize in sustainable sourcing, our menu reflects the cuisine of the Ligurian Riviera while offering customers the opportunity to take pleasure in the bountiful harvest of the surrounding region. Coppi's Organic features an extensive wine list and hand-crafted cocktails.
