Hiring this painter for some small residential projects was a big mistake. He first comes across as a nice, ethical professional that promises to do a good job, but once hired he was always 2-3 hours late, or didn't show up at all, rendering him unreliable. He made up ridiculous excuses, was manipulative, sloppy, and always in a rush to get out the door to another "job".
He sneakily mixed the paint brand that I paid for with a cheaper paint to make it go farther and got paint all over my wood paneling, bedding, stained doors, wood floors, rugs, etc. It was stressful because once I realized how he operated, I felt like I had to watch him like a hawk! What a mess! He never completed the inside project satisfactorily, nor did he clean up his messes. He said he would come back the next day to "fix it", but I haven't seen him since. He also took off with a $400 "materials" down payment that I gave him for some outdoor projects that he was supposed to start on after he finished the indoor projects. What should have taken only a couple of weeks took two months and nothing was done right, or done at all!
I would never recommend this painter, EVER! Buyer Beware!

He first comes across as a nice, ethical professional that promises to do a good job, but once hired he was always 2-3 hours late, or didn't show up at all, rendering him unreliable. He made up ridiculous excuses, was manipulative, sloppy, and always in a rush to get out the door to another "job".
