Laura at Broker Marketing Solutions sold a list of clients with email and phone/address. She stated the list was a fresh list, had been scrubbed, and checked on the DNC list, and reassured that she wouldn't have been in the business 20 years if she sold bad lists. Laura reassured me time and time again the list described was a good list. Three weeks later when I called to complained about the high number of emails that bounced or didn't deliver and number of phone numbers that I received a disconnect number or not in service recording, Laura was not willing to issue a refund or allow me to speak with her supervisor. She only wanted to replace but with such a high number(about half) this wasn't an option. This is definitely a bad company to do business with. Fraud!!!
