Company started out OK then after a year declined dramatically. Company let our health insurance lapse and we were paying for our medical insurance however owner (Pablo Rosa) and HR (Ana Muniz) did not pay to upkeep our coverage. Myself and several of my co-workers at our site now have unpaid medical bills due to the negligence of RIG. The last couple of months working for this company our pay checks would bounce or the bank advised owner had insufficient funds in account. There ARE decent Security companies to work for however this one is NOT!!
