He ripped me off 3k as well he's trash and belongs in jail

Neto hired me to pour to concrete garage floors in December 2023 which I did. Now it's July 4 2024. The guy owes me 3k. Keeps telling me he will pay me on Friday. But so many Fridays have come and gone. If this is what he does to contractors I couldn't imagine the stress he brings to homeowners
