Since 1985, Sun Coast Homes and Development has infused master craftsmanship and coastal charm into hundreds of custom homes along the North Carolina coast. As a seasoned luxury home builder and general contractor based in Newport, North Carolina, Eugene Gurganus specializes in creating extraordinary residential masterpieces. By designing the plans himself, he ensures a seamless journey from concept to completion. Along the way, he and his team work tirelessly to exceed expectations and bring dreams to life—crafting distinctive homes as unique as the individuals who envision them.
