During our transition out of the apartment, the buildings elevator remained broken after repeated complaints, crippling our ability to move. My partner is disabled with arthritis in both knees, and we were promised a working elevator so that we can move our heavy items (TV, Dressers, etc). After calling and emailing, our numbers were blocked and we were left cancelling our movers and delaying our trip to our next location due to this major inconvenience.
Also, while we were packing to move, we were yelled at by the landlord to let others view our private residence so that they can "get the apartment sold", pressuring us immensely after we told them how unexpected all of this was. They only warned us of a realtor viewing the apartment when he was already downstairs with guests.
Keane homes is extremely unprofessional. I caution anyone renting with them to think against it, as we've been treated incredibly rude especially during our transition out of the apartment.
