When I first started shopping at Pet Depot in Fort Payne I really enjoyed my shopping experience and the staff was all extremely friendly. Later, when I would shop at the store different staff members lied to me about things like when they would get a shipment or what kinds of fish they WOULD GET on the next shipment (which would never end up being true). It even got to the point where, when I was looking for something to help with the pH levels in my tank, a staff member pretty well pushed me into buying what she said WOULD WORK. When I got home I did exactly as I was told to do and (after a few days) tested my water which turned up being no better at all. Since then I have found several (not all) of the staff to be kind of rude and pushy. Will most likely not be shopping at the Pet Depot in Fort Payne ever again.
