They told ALL of there employees today, March 17th 2020, the plant would close for 2 weeks due to Coronavirus concerns. My daughter went to the plant on the same day that she was told this in order to pick up her belongings she had left there. She walked into a plant full of illegals that had replaced ALL of the jobs in the plant. EVERYONE'S JOB. This was not just her job. If you are a decent and ethical business, please buy NO more products from Rational Packaging. Please listen to no excuse from them that they rely on a temp agency to do their hiring and verifying for them. There are many businesses who deliberately go to temp agencies dedicated to supplying Springfield area businesses with cheap illegals. Rational Packaging is one such company. They know exactly what they are doing. Many thanks to any business who decides to stay away from this wretched company.
