This company owns 2 mobile home parks in Columbus, Ohio. The High Street and Colonial MHP. These parks are ABSOLUTE DUMPS. The people who rent to own these "trailers" are for the majority the lowest scum on earth. However, Derek Williams, the owner of Allora Properties will sell to them just to make some money. Here are a few examples of what is going on at these parks. At High Street MPH, there is raw sewage in the house on the property, the sewage holding tank does not pump the sewage as it's supposed to which has almost caused the tank to overflow, the park has a history of bed bugs and roaches, it has a "park dump" where everyone throws their trash and bedbug infested property. Colonial MHP is essentially the exact same way. Minimal work is done to the trailers when they are abandoned just to get someone to cough up $1,000 to move in. The lot rent at both places is $320 and the lot is barely big enough to put a one bedroom tiny mobile home on. The Colonial MPH is in jeopardy of having the water shut off to the ENTIRE PARK because Williams is lax in paying the water/sewer bills. Essentially, if you have no place to live, can get your hands on $1,000, have been evicted several times, are a drug dealer or user, have a history of violence or mental instability, then either one of these parks is the place to go. Derek Williams does not care who he "sells" these homes to as long as he can make a quick buck. RUN AWAY FROM THESE PARKS AND DON'T LOOK BACK!!!
