Five stars isn't enough. The courts process server returned a letter to the court that the defendant in my case did not live at the address provided. I was absolutely inconsolable when I called ACS and Max very kindly talked me off the ledge. Max did a few things during the lock down of the pandemic to help reassure me. Once the lock down was over, I got new court documents and it took longer for the post office to get the papers to Max then it took Max and crew to serve the defendant. I guess it can't be a knock on the post office when it took them less than four hours!
