ARVATO/MS: THE ROBBER BARRONS OF THE TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY
According to Arvato their "refurbish" computer is just as good as a BRAND NEW new one with superior quality check. if this was the case then "all" the new computers should be replaced with REFURBISHED ONES. However, what they failed to realized that a "replacement" product MUST be of EQUAL and NOT LESSER VALUE--refurbished does not equate new. Not to mention that the refurbish computer was almost a year old(er).
Takeaway: caveat emptor of these Robber Barons AND find a different source of Tech support. And to think that a $Billion (with a "B") Corporation (Arvato/Microsoft) has benefitted a few hundred $$ at my expense.
