Eddie Osuch is the most unprofessional architect I have ever encountered! We were doing a addition to a house in Mt. Washington we had just bought and needed someone with expertise with the City of L.A. Eddie met my contractor at city hall in a nearby town and assured us he was familiar with and could handle the requirements for getting plans approved through L.A. After going back and forth with his contract, we finally agreed on the terms and signed. Then, out of the blue, Eddie quits the project 3 days before our meeting with the city! He didn't even have the courtesy to tell me personally or return any of my calls. Instead, he just sent me an email saying he decided it was too complicated and he didn't want to handle the project anymore. I have hired many architects and contractors in the past and have never, ever had such an unprofessional experience. Eddie, you should be ashamed of yourself.
