These guys did a job for a next door neighbor. They completely hacked the tree... it was a massacre. They shouldn’t have been working in the first place because there is a COVID-19 shelter order in place... 2nd, they were working on a heritage tree and didn’t have a permit - they cut back more than the allowed 25% of the foliage. I’ll be reporting them to the city arborist... knowing they have a big fine coming their way does nothing to fix the giant eyesore that they have created for the entire neighborhood for the next 50 years...
