If there was a zero star option that is what I would give! 4 times I ordered a bed for my son and 4 times it was cancelled because the manufacturer is on backorder is what they tell me. Not to mention that each time I ordered the bed the price went up! My son still has no bed after a year! We need the narrow twin bed due to limited space and they were the only ones I could find that sell it.

Reference Katie’s Markdowns: The order was received today however it arrived with less than necessary protective packaging. For the price that was paid I’d assume it would be new, however it doesn’t appear that it is or there was damage during shipping and based on the packaging that could be true. I’ve attached some photos but basically there some surface damage, the box contained only that lower piece of styrofoam and there are several holes in the sides of the box. Paint is missing, there are scratches as well as dings and dents in the metal outer part. The picture with the arrows shows that it seems the front plate was pushed in hard enough to flatten the metal next to it and cause a bit of a flat crease shown in between the arrows. Also there was no protective coating over the pieces that the directions say to remove and in fact the screen is scratched all the way across due to probably rubbing across the cardboard in transit as there was no other protection in the box. I am not sure if all parts are present and there is a warrantee for an air fryer inside the box, so again not sure what happened with this item. Please let me know how this can be rectified.
