We were very DISAPPOINTED by the "LACK of RESPECT" from Realtor Mariel Pamintuan - Esguerra towards us and our culture as we were nice to her, we even gave her an oil painting as a gift besides the quick real estate commission she made as we were the sellers. Indian culture we don't walk with "SHOES ON" inside the house. Everyone and anyone removes their shoes next to the front door. The buyers, who were also American Asian with Indian roots (younger generation though) removed their shoes out next to the front door BUT REALTOR MARIEL PAMINTUAN DID NOT. SHE WALKED WITH HER HIGH HEELS THAT CARRY ALL THE DIRT AND GERMS OF THE STREET INSIDE OUR HOUSE AND ON OUR CLEAN CARPET and SHOWING DISRESPECT TOWARDS US and OUR INDIAN CULTURE !!! Also, we left "LOTS of FREE STUFF for the BUYERS, NEW FURNITURE, NEW AIR MATTRESS, NEW DISHES, NEW FOUNTAIN, NEW MIRRORS, NEW ART WORK, NEW PAINTINGS, NEW JACKETS, GIFT CARDS, BOTTLES OF ALCOHOL & MORE..." and REALTOR MARIEL PAMINTUAN - ESGUERRA TRIED to CONVINCE US NOT TOO LEAVE ANYTHING !!! What we GIFT as SELLERS is OUR DECISION and WE LEFT the BUYER BALJEET SINGH GIFTS TOTALLING ABOUT $1,800 as WE WERE HAPPY that it was SOMEONE with INDIAN ROOTS (even though a younger generation who grew up in USA).
