With over seven years of personal experience maintaining long-term sobriety, along with a professional background as a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor, a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, I bring extensive experience in helping individuals build healthier, more fulfilling lives in recovery.
