They called this evening to notify my Mother and I that she will no longer have aide service through them. They agreed to a 7hr/7day a week with her insurance. Now that she was approved for 12 hour care, they aren't processing it fast enough for this agency so they are "sorry" but will not send an aide until they are given the approval for 12 hour care. Mom is bed bound and cannot use her hands at all. And they dropped her with no notice! Shame on you!
