At the beginning, I had no idea what to expect. Eriverto Villa, "Eddie" seemed straightforward and dry. It took a couple of months to get the plans. Later I would find out, he didn't include me in any design decision making whatsoever, which he could've, and which later on became a complete hassle trying to address. The plans were needlessly, over engineered (words from the inspector himself) with the sole purpose of them charging additional fees in the construction phase, for review and reports from his engineers. Everyone was rude, dry, and offered no help without additional fees. Once Eddie completed his "design" part he became completely unresponsive and unavailable to any additional questions; which by the way, all (if they had been answered) would've been for an additional fee. My experience with this company and Eddie, started with high hopes but I ended up realizing they are completely unprofessional, overpriced and greedy. Cannot recommend.
