Constructive criticism—I would advise you to train your workers NOT to weed whack paths THROUGH border plants of established perennial gardens and then CUT TO THE BARE EARTH every perennial except for large bushes. We put tremendous time and effort into the garden and you ruined it in ten minutes even after we warned about staying out of the garden beds! Also train workers NOT to weed whack through the trunk of an 8 year old honeysuckle bush which is now DEAD as a result. Also something we warned about upon hiring your company. Unreliable (had to hound company about showing up to do the job on numerous occasions). Really tried to give you the benefit of the doubt MULTIPLE TIMES but I would advise anyone considering this business to use extreme caution. Our garden and bush have been destroyed. We are angry and devastated and we submitted photos to the company. Received a “get back to you later” reply which never happened.
