Do not do business with these people. Building a new home and Premier Landscaping bid $12k. They put in cheaper plants than in their bid and refused to do the front of the house which was in their bid. Then sent a bill for $18k. I paid the builder their final payment expecting him to finish the landscaping and pay outstanding invoices. Builder did not pay Premier (they tried to charge $18k and don't do all the work for a $12k job - no scope changes). Premier never even called the builder or sent him a notice to try to collect from him. Just sent emails threatening me. Premier knows how home construction works-homeowner pays the builder, builder pays subcontractors. I've already paid for this once-Premier wants me to pay for landscaping twice. Premier put a lien on my house with no attempt to contact the builder. Totally unethical and unprofessional.
