We hired Greg West to do excavation work and waterproof our home. He made a huge mess in the yard leaving large stones all over the place. And he forgot to apply waterproofing tar to our newly poured concrete foundation. We need waterproofing because we have water problems on our property. He said not to worry about it, not much of a problem. He clearly doesn't understand that concrete is porous. Now we have to get someone else to re-dig our foundation and apply the waterproofing.
