On June 2 2022 I purchased a car from Ahmed and Joseph. The car upon test driving it was shaking, I explained to the brothers that I would not purchase the car if they were not willing to fix the problem. Amon & Joseph assured me that they would but they lied! I arrived the next day to purchase and pick the car up. I sat down with both brothers and they told me their mechanic changed the tires and did a alignment. We did the exchange of the money and paperwork but boy was that a big mistake. I'm a single mother that's just trying to purchase a reliable car. After the exchange I rode off in the car and the shaking began again. I turned around and that is when Ahmed took me to "his" mechanic. This man (Ahmed) just left me there with my kid stuck! The mechanic told me the tires was never changed and the car most definitely didn't need a alignment. I tried calling Ahmed & Joseph over several hours and they won't answer texts or calls. It's inhumane to do someone like that, I begged these men to give me my money back because the car was not safe for me and my kids to drive back home 5hours away. I even gave him a chance to fix it and he won't even do that. I'm stuck in Greenville SC, with my three kids and is on the verge of losing my job because I can't get back home until I try to get the car fixed. Please don't waste your time

I went to Good Cars Auto, my car wasn't right when I got home with it, but I called then immediately and spoke with them on the phone, explain my problems they told me to come back the next morning and they did what they said they would do, they made it right, I got a good car, I have no complaints. Anybody else could have left me stuck, but they didn't!!
