This company was sent thru whirlpool for my repair on the stove. The guy was very nice and then I heard nothing for 2 months waiting on parts. Then I call and they were supposed to come out the next day and didn't show up. I had to contact whirlpool to reach them and he came out that afternoon to bring me broken parts and missing a part for my stove. At least my control board worked better than the one he brought. Now he doesn't answer calls. I'm requesting another company. I want my control board back while I have to wait even longer for the parts to come in. I'm so upset and hurt that someone would give me a broken part and dodge me for months about it. Don't use this company. Ur better off using someone else.

I wrote an unfavorable review but I would like to say that the service from this company was great. Other than not coming when he was scheduled, I have no complaints. If he had come on time or at least called, I would have given him 5 stars.

I have a KitchenAid refrigerator that was only one year old, which had stopped cooling. KitchenAid set up a diagnostic appointment with T and J Onsite Repair. The service rep. was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to resolve the problem on the first visit. If or when I have an appliance that needs repairing, T and J will be the first repair service I will call. I highly recommend them!
