We had a few problems at our home that we called Pro Geo to come take a look at. Eric, the owner, sent his worker Mike to do the job. Mike did a decent job overall, but also had a very negative, sourpuss attitude. And when he "fixed" the problem with our toilet, he inadvertently created a new one. Not long after he left, our toilet started making gurgling noises, which it never did before. So, we called Eric and asked him to send someone back to fix the new problem. He sent Mike again, who eventually fixed the problem. But then Mike told us that there would be a TRIP CHARGE for the visit. I told him that we would not be paying the charge, because he caused the problem himself when he worked on our toilet. Seriously, can you believe the NERVE of them wanting to charge us again? Anyway, recently we had a problem with another toilet that I contacted Eric about. And guess what? He never returned my call or my text. Apparently, if he knows that he can't take advantage of you, he doesn't want you as a customer! Good riddance. Please stay away from this greedy company.
