I purchased a hyundai santa fe in December 2019 and right away it needed all 4 brake pads and 2 rotors rear passenger caliper was completely froze driver front lower ball joint and passenger front strut which meant both front struts he said he drove it and there was nothing wrong with it and also said he would look at it but he was going to an auction and every time tried to get a hold of him got ignored would not recommend he is a con artist and a liar.

I messaged Greg about a Subaru Forester he had on Facebook. He first lied to me about the mileage. When I sent him a screenshot of the kelley blue book value of it with the miles he told me and told him he was overcharging for it he immediately changed the mileage to 60,000 less than what he first told me. I then messaged him saying that I would come up from Erie and look at it the following weekend with my uncle who's a mechanic. He ignored me. I sent him multiple other messages throughout the week that he also read and blatantly ignored. I call Friday to see if they sold it before I drove up from Erie to check it out. They already sold it. Big deal, that's how things go when looking for a used car and I get that. Out of curiosity I sent Greg one more message on Facebook just to see if he'd reply because he didn't know it was me who called earlier that day. He read it and ignored it yet again. I'm not mad that the car was sold I understand it's how business works and I personally would have done the same. I'm upset because he first straight up lied to me and then ignored my messages sent on Facebook that I know for a fact he read. Greg had little to no concern that I could have potentially drove up from Erie which is an hour drive to look at it just for him to say sorry it's gone even though he could have just easily replied to my messages. Greg has terrible customer service and should probably consider turning his reads off on Facebook messenger. I hope you read this Greg and hopefully have some pride, and own up to what you've done.
