I gave 1 ⭐️ because it's mandatory, but I have had the worst experience with this company. They are rude, no professionals at all. When you try to let them know your concern, they simply hung up the call. They are always late and patients on board are not safe because they have a driver having difficulty using the equipment. If you want to be late on your appointment, just schedule the ride with them. Last time I used their service, my client was 5 hours waiting for the driver to return home. I definitely do not recommend Kema Transport.
