Paid this company to complete a Garage Project back in 2021. Gave them a $20,000 deposit for materials. Kolby has made every excuse possible over the years to not do the work. Promises made of material deliveries that never happened. Finally dropped off about $500 in wood that rotted away because he never came back. Do not trust him to keep his word or complete any work in a timely manner. Had to make my own calls to power company to get electric switched over because he didn't know how or what to do. Currently pursuing Felony Theft charges because he refused to provide any proof of material being ordered, completing the work, or returning my money

I hired this business to repair my home after a fire. After four months, and many, many lies later, I had to fire them because the work just wasn't getting done. Specifically, I paid them $7,000 for an electrician to pull a county permit and fix all electrical damaged by the fire. The owner lied to me, telling me he'd hired a licensed electrician when he hadn't so no permit could be gotten from the county. Then, he took $8,000 for a new metal roof and just gave up all pretense of working on my house. He never started the roof and refuses to give me my money back. I am filing criminal charges against thr owner and his wife for felony theft. Do not hire this company. They will rob you blind.
