Dishonest, disorganized, and unethical. Greg Dabney promises more work than he can deliver and will put every other job before yours while hiring unskilled labor that he does not supervise. He then cheats the people he hires by paying late or less than the agreed amount, never putting anything in writing and by taking out more work that he is barely qualified to do. He will borrow other General Contractors licenses because he is not licensed in the State of Georgia. He tries to take credit for other people's work as his own by advertising finished properties that he did minimal cosmetic work on.
