This Company will Take you to the Cleaners They owe me a Deposit of 1600 when I moved out and had my finale Inspection the Manager told me the place was Perfect she had not seen a place in such Perfect shape MOVE IN READY and I would get all my Deposit Back. Now they are Claiming I Agreed to a 5 Year Contract. I only signed one 21 page agreement for the Lot rent Im assuming I never signed a CONTRACT for 5 Yrs They will not return anyones Calls Emails or anything Else They also tried to sale me a Used Mobile Home! It had been crashed in on the front of the Trailer according to the looks of the Trailer and Neighbors They Change Managers about every MONTH at the Property Vista Verde Estates in Claremore Ok. There is only 5 Employees in the Dallas Office, there only Main Office There is a Lady by the name of Marina she is not to be Trusted and to get in touch with her is a Bad Dream you can text her call her Email her and no reply at all. When you call the office phone you can only leave a message and they never call you back
