I found the communication to be unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile. Mr. Siani, in particular, was extremely rude and disrespectful during our exchanges. His behavior made me feel deeply uncomfortable, and I would strongly caution others to proceed with care when dealing with him or this business. Based on my experience, I do not feel that this company operates with integrity or professionalism.
