Waited 3 weeks to get damaged pergola . They were late to start with . Promised they would deliver the next Monday , never came. The following wed came and I finally got my damaged item at 8 pm by a guy who cussed every other word. Do yourself a favor and avoid these idiots at all cost

Avoid these idiots. My item was sub contracted to them and 2 weeks late to begin with. I called on a Monday and was told it would be the next Monday before they could come. That next Monday came and no phone call or nothing until 6pm with a voicemail saying the driver ran out of hours . Called the next day and voiced my displeasure and a loud redneck woman said she was just going to send it back to the store . Then later the store called and said that Montgomery air freight would bring it Wednesday . Wednesday came and went with no phone call until 8 pm by the driver asking where I was . Like I was supposed to take a sleeping bag and camp out at my business waiting on this company to maybe come . I rush over to my business to find them parked and ready to unload . Unfortunately at this point I notice significant damage to one of the boxes. I asked the driver to make not of the visual damage ( bent scraped metal showing through the large hole In the box) the driver calls his office and the manager instructs him to document concealed damage . I have pics showing the damage while it was still on the truck gate but she claims it's concealed damage . Bottom line , this is an unorganized shady business that provides terrible customer service . Stay away from Montgomery air freight Knoxville .
