As a business owner I never EVER write negative reviews, as I understand what it is like, but I just had to share... this business needs to improve their business ethics, customer service and the way they talk to their possible clients.
When I called, I was talked to like to a child. I was told that I'm not asking the correct questions... I'm sorry I didn't stand up to your standards of the questions I was supposed to ask, I've never taken a "professional survey caller" class. That is why I called a "professional"- to guide me through the process, not to make me feel stupid. NEVER ever before had I been told by ANY business that they wouldn't waste time in giving a quote. They told me to call other places first and after, IF I was serious, to call back and only then would they check the property address to give me a quote. Sorry for wasting your and my time. All I can say is WOW.
The very next place I called- I hired as they were polite, tactful, professional and were interested in my business.
