I have been renting from Dale for a couple years and he has always been easy to rent from. If I have an issue , it's resolved quickly! My stove and dishwasher needed replaced and they were replaced within a couple days with an upgraded appliance!! Really awesome! He understands sometimes things come up unexpectedly (like covid 19) and he will work with you if it's necessary. We love our place and Dale does his part to make sure we're taken care of! Great property management!

Have been renting from Dale since January of this year. Find him to be very polite and a good communicator. Always returns my text or emails when sent to him about issues or questions with the property I rent. Knowledgeable about the area's and properties in those area's.

Dale helped us get a rental in bella vista and even negotiated rent since he was going to be property manager for a home we owned. He helped organize repairs on our owned property and got it rented in a timely manner and is prompt with any texts we send him I highly recommend using him whether your looking to rent or have a property that needs managed
